At Roots to Healing, we offer in person Reiki & Distance healing. Supporting your journey to deeper rest, reduced stress and emotional harmony. Each treatment works alongside your current regime as a complimentary therapy to accelerate healing. As we are equipped with a beautifully serene mobile studio, you can enjoy Reiki at home, work or events! Day rates available for your staff well-being days and special events.

Reiki facilitates the body's own healing process. It enables deep relaxation, reducing stress and tightness within the body. Energy is passed and encouraged to flow through your body to every cell that needs it, through the practitioner's hands. All natural and done while you are fully clothed. Reiki is widely used as a complimentary therapy alongside other treatments. Safe for all ages, expectant mums, cancer patients, athletes, end of life etc. With each treatment the positive energy builds, creating a long lasting relief.

Distance Reiki

Reiki sessions wherever you are in the world. I hold all my sessions via video call, so you can be at ease in the comfort of your own home, without uprooting your day.
This method of Reiki works by using symbols and signs to direct healing energy to a person in a different location. While I am a Distance Reiki practitioner in North Yorkshire, UK, I currently have clients in Canada, the Netherlands, the US, Europe and all over the UK. The energy in our sessions is just as if we were in the same room together.
Distance Reiki is exactly as effective as in-person Reiki. It can be received no matter how near or far the client might be.
